Grant Proposals/applications

Each grant request must be accompanied by one copy of the following items:
  • A brief statement (up to two pages) of your grant request in letter form.

  • Your organization's 501(c)(3) status letter from the Internal Revenue Service.

  • A list of other funding sources for this request. Please list whether or not funding is committed, pending or already received from other sources.

  • A list of your organization's governing board.

  • Supporting documentation, for example, any recent printed materials related to the request, media clippings, testimonial letters, etc. ( Five pages maximum).

  • Contact person, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address.

It is important that the above required information be submitted with the application.

Does the proposal have a long-term view to help the hobby?
Does the proposal have the potential to create positive change in individuals and organizations?
Is the proposal innovative and worthy of trial, with the possibility of replication?
Is the proposal designed to further public interest and appreciation of the historic vehicle and classic boat hobbies?
Does the proposal address the issue of sustainability of the project/program
beyond the life of
the grant?
